We stand by the quality of our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee — valid on the first order of each unique product or bundle, starting from the day it's delivered. It is important to note that:
  • Subscription orders placed after December 1, 2024, are not covered by our Money-Back Guarantee.

  • If eligible, we’ll issue a refund of the product purchase price to your original payment method. Please note that once your order has been shipped or delivered, shipping fees, taxes, customs/import duties, and processing or handling charges are non-refundable.

  • To prevent fraud - Limit on refund quantity: Only up to 2 products per customer are eligible for a refund. Requests to refund more than 2 products will not be accepted.

Our Money-Back Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
  1. Misuse or Unauthorized Purchases:We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been misused, intentionally damaged, expired, discontinued, or purchased from unauthorized resellers.

    • Misuse includes: exceeding the recommended dosage, improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat or moisture), mixing with other substances against guidelines, or using the product in any way not aligned with its intended use.

  2. Delivery Issues: Lost-in-transit items, damaged packaging, or items marked as delivered but not received. For such cases, we’ll replace your order, but refunds are at our discretion.

  3. Incorrect Purchases & Product Experience: You are responsible for ensuring that you order the correct product and quantities based on your specific needs. Our Money-Back Guarantee does not cover.

  • Cases of over-ordering, buyer's remorse, or change of mind
  • Complaints related to taste, color, or scent, as we do not process returns based on subjective sensory feedback.
  1. Subscriptions: Orders from subscription plans are not covered. We recommend trying our products through one-time purchases before committing to a subscription.

  2. International Orders: No refunds for international orders, except for special cases at Wellness Nest’s discretion if issues occur.

  3. Fraud Prevention: If there is any indication of fraud, policy abuse, or repeated refund requests, Wellness Nest reserves the right to deny the refund request without notice.

  4. No Refunds for Opened or Used Products: Some products are only eligible for a refund if they are unopened and unused. Opened, partially used, or tampered products are not covered under our refund policy.

  5. No Refunds for Discounted, Promotional: Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with special discounts are generally not eligible for refunds.

  6. Loyalty Program Purchases: Orders paid fully or partially with store credit, reward points, or loyalty program balances are non-refundable.

  7. Failure to Follow Return Procedures:

  • We only accept returns within the U.S., and only if approved in advance. Returns are requested on a case-by-case basis to help us improve product quality. Unauthorized or improperly submitted returns will not be refunded.

  • We do not accept returns for international orders. Partial refunds up to 50% or reshipments may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion
