Why do you advise against filing a dispute or chargeback?Updated 5 days ago

When a refund is being processed, it can take some time for banks or payment providers to update your statement. If, during this time, you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank, it usually makes the process much slower and more complicated.

  • Banks often need to open a formal investigation, which can take 60 days or more, depending on their procedures.

  • During this investigation, funds may be placed on hold, and both you and Wellness Nest may need to provide additional documentation.

If you have any problem with:

  • your order,

  • the product you received, or

  • the refund timeline,

we strongly encourage you to contact our Customer Experience Team first. In most cases, we can review your order, explain what is happening, and work toward a resolution much faster than a bank dispute process. Our goal is always to resolve issues directly with you as quickly and fairly as possible.
