Why do I see a duplicate charge on my bank or card account statement?Updated 3 months ago

If you notice what appears to be a duplicate charge on your bank or card statement for a single order with us, please don’t be concerned.

Sometimes, one order from us can be split into multiple transactions, which may result in additional charges appearing temporarily on your account. 

If you encounter this situation, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Check your order confirmation email to verify the total amount charged.
  • Contact our customer service team here to confirm your order details against the charges.
  • If you still have questions regarding the duplicate charge, reach out to the financial institution that issued your card for further clarification.

Typically, any duplicate charges will be resolved, and your bank will remove them from your account statement within 14 business days.
