Who delivers my order and how does international shipping work?Updated 8 days ago

Wellness Nest does not operate our own delivery fleet. For both US and international orders, we work with trusted shipping partners who manage transport and hand-off to local carriers in your country.

For international orders:
  • Your parcel leaves our warehouse and travels through our partner’s international network.

  • Once it arrives in your destination country, it is handed over to a local carrier and your local customs office.

  • If customs requires paperwork or payment of import taxes/fees, the local carrier or customs office will contact you by email, SMS, phone call, or a letter in your mailbox with instructions.

Because international shipping involves multiple carriers and customs processes, occasional delays or holds can happen. Keeping an eye on your email, phone, and mailbox for carrier/customs messages will help make sure you can complete any required steps quickly.

If customs or the carrier ask for documents from Wellness Nest (invoice, product details, etc.), please contact our Customer Experience Team with your order number and a copy of the request. We’ll do our best to provide what you need to complete clearance.
