To log in to your Wellness Nest account, you need to enter your email address and then the 6-digit verification code we send to that inbox, so it’s important that you can access the email you registered with.

If you’ve forgotten the password for your email account (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.), please use your email provider’s “Forgot password” / account recovery process or contact their support team to regain access.

For security reasons, Wellness Nest cannot reset or recover your email password. Once you can access your email again, you’ll be able to receive verification codes and log in normally.
