What if my parcel is stuck at customs?Updated 8 days ago

For international orders, Wellness Nest does not handle customs clearance directly. Because we don’t operate our own delivery fleet, we work with international shipping partners who connect to local carriers in your destination country.

Here’s what usually happens when a parcel reaches customs:
  • Once your package arrives in your country, your local carrier and customs office take over the next steps.

  • If customs requires any action (forms, ID, payment of duties/taxes, or an authorization letter), they will normally contact you by email, phone, or a letter in your mailbox.

  • Your parcel will remain on hold until those customs requirements are completed. If no action is taken, it may be delayed, returned, or in some cases abandoned.

What you should do:

1. Keep an eye on:

  • Emails from the carrier or customs

  • SMS/phone calls from local delivery services

  • Any letters you receive regarding import duties or customs processing

2. Follow the instructions provided by your local carrier or customs office as soon as possible so the parcel can be released.

3. If customs or the carrier asks for any documents from Wellness Nest (such as an invoice or product details), please contact our  Customer Experience Team with your order number and a copy of the request. We will do our best to provide the documentation you need to complete customs clearance.
