What happens if I ask to cancel after the 12-hour window has passed?Updated 8 days ago

Our fulfillment system automatically begins processing orders after 12 hoursfrom the time the order is placed. Once this 12-hour window has passed, your order is sent to our fulfillment center to be picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. 

At that stage:
  • We are no longer able to cancel or change the order, and

  • The shipment will proceed as originally placed.

If you contact us after the 12-hour window, we’ll still review your case and explain what options may be available under our current policies, but in most cases the order cannot be stopped once it has entered fulfillment.
