What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 8 days ago

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 7 days of delivery and provide:
  1. Your order number (#WNxxxxx).

  2. Clear photos showing the issue or damage.

  3. A photo of the product’s batch number (usually found on the packaging).

Once we receive this information, we’ll arrange a free replacement for you right away.
