What can I do if a coupon code gives an error message?Updated 8 days ago

If your coupon code isn’t working, please check the following:

1. Enter your email first Make sure you’ve entered your email address at checkout before applying the coupon.

2. Check expiry and prior use

  • Confirm the coupon has not expired.
  • Some coupons can only be used once per customer. If you’ve used it before, it may no longer be valid.

3. Check usage limits Certain codes have a total usage limit. If that limit has been reached, the code will no longer apply.

4. Check if it applies to the products in your cart Some coupons are only valid for specific products or collections. Make sure the items in your cart match the promotion’s conditions.

5. One-time purchase vs. subscription 

Many coupon codes are valid only for one-time purchases. If you have Subscribe & Save / Autoship items in your cart, you may see an error such as: “Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered.” In that case, remove subscription items from your cart and try the code again with one-time purchase items only.
