The charge on my statement looks different from the order total. Why?Updated 8 days ago

In some cases, your bank or card statement may show:
  • A bundle price instead of the breakdown of individual items, or

  • Slight variations due to currency conversion or bank fees (for international customers).

If the amount looks unfamiliar or you’re unsure, please:
  1. Compare the charge to the order total in your confirmation email.

  2. Contact our Customer Experience Team with your order number and a screenshot of the charge if you still have questions.

We’ll verify the transaction and help clarify any differences.
