Domestic Returns (United States Only)
Wellness Nest accepts returns only within the United States, and all returns must be requested and approved by our Customer Experience Team prior to sending the product back.
Returns sent without prior approval or outside of our return process will be considered invalid, and no refund will be issued.

If you intend to return a product, please carefully follow the steps below:

Before Returning:

• Contact our Customer Experience Team to request approval and obtain return instructions.

• Only sealed, unopened, and resellable products are eligible for return.

• You must include all items from the eligible order(s). For returns involving multiple orders, all applicable items must be included.

• Returns are accepted only if explicitly requested by Wellness Nest.

• Proof such as clear photos or videos showing the product is sealed, unopened, and free of defects is required before initiating a return.

Return Process:

• Once approved, securely pack the item(s) and ship to the correct designated return warehouse (see below).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• Once shipped, provide us with the following:

  • Tracking number of the return shipment.

  • Photo or scanned copy of the shipping label.

Refunds:

• A full refund of your original order total will be issued only after the returned product(s) are:

  • Received by our warehouse.

  • Inspected and verified to be unopened, sealed, and unused.

• Refunds will be processed immediately upon confirmation from our warehouse.
