My payment was declined. What can I do?Updated 8 days ago

If your credit card payment is declined after clicking “Complete Purchase,” please try:

  1. Make sure you are ordering from our official online store.

  2. Check that your card has not reached its spending limit or is not blocked.

  3. Try using a different card.

  4. Contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to approve or pre-authorize the transaction, then try again.

  5. As an alternative, you may choose PayPal at checkout if available.

If a PayPal transaction is also declined:

  • Confirm there are sufficient funds or linked funding sources.

  • Check whether you’ve reached a PayPal account limit, and contact PayPal support if needed.

If you continue to have payment issues, please contact our Customer Experience Team and include:
  • A short description of the problem

  • Which payment methods you tried

  • Screenshots of any error messages
