We completely understand how frustrating it can feel when your order hasn’t arrived as quickly as expected. To help us resolve your concerns as efficiently as possible, here’s what "delayed" means on our system:
While we work incredibly hard to get your parcel to you quickly, please note that once your order is with our third-party courier, delivery speed is beyond our direct control. Most orders arrive on time, and true delays are rare—but if you believe your parcel is significantly delayed, returned to sender, or missing, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team.
Please note: Refunds are not issued for delayed parcels. In rare cases where a package is officially confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a one-time free replacement shipment at no extra cost to you. We are committed to making sure you receive your products and will support you every step of the way.
For US orders: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the day your package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
For orders outside the US: Delivery usually takes 14–30 business days after the handover to the carrier.
