My order is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive itUpdated 8 days ago

If your package shows as “Delivered” but isn’t at your address, please take a moment to:

  • Check around your delivery area (mailbox, porch, side door, lobby, or building office).

  • Ask neighbors or anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

If you still can’t locate your package, please contact our Customer Experience Team. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a one-time free replacement at our discretion.
