In which cases can I not get a refund?Updated 3 days ago

To keep our policies fair and consistent, some types of orders cannot be refunded. These include:

1. Shipped subscription renewals       

  • If a recurring subscription order has already passed the 12-hour cancellation window and has been shipped, it is considered final sale.
  • The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the first shipment of a subscription, not to renewal shipments.

2. Taste and sensory preferences

Refunds are not available for purely subjective reasons such as taste, smell, or color, unless the order qualifies under the specific terms of the First-Order 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

3. Misuse or improper storage

Products that have been damaged by incorrect use, heat exposure, moisture, or not following dosage/storage guidelines cannot be refunded.

4. Discounted or loyalty items

Items purchased with heavy promotional discounts or Loyalty Points are generally treated as final sale and are not covered by the refund policy.

5. Fraud prevention

If we see signs of policy abuse, such as repeated refund requests from the same household or bulk purchasing for resale, Wellness Nest reserves the right to decline refund requests.
