I ordered the wrong product/quantity. Can you cancel and refund my order?Updated 8 days ago

If you placed an order by mistake (wrong item or wrong quantity), please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible

We have a 12-hour adjustment window after an order is placed. Within this time, you can request:
  • A change to the shipping address

  • An update to the item(s) or quantity

  • A cancellation of the order

As long as you reach us within 12 hoursand the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, we can usually adjust or cancel it in line with our Order Cancellation Policy.

After this 12-hour window, your order is sent to our fulfillment center to be processed, packed, and handed over to the carrier. At that stage:
  • We are no longer able to change or stop the shipment, and

  • The order will proceed to delivery as placed.

If you realize there was a mistake after the order has already moved into fulfillment or has shipped, please still contact our Customer Experience Team. We will review your specific case and let you know if there is anything we can still do to assist, in line with our current policies.
