I’m not receiving your emails — what should I do?Updated 8 days ago

If you’re not seeing order confirmations or shipping updates, please check the following:
  1. Make sure the email you entered when placing your order is correct.

  • If you realize you entered the wrong email, contact our Customer Experience Team with your order number and the correct email address.
  • We may be able to update it for you, as long as that email is not already in use for another existing account.
  1. Look in your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders for messages from us. Our email address is: [email protected]Please mark our emails as “Not Spam” and add this address to your contacts or safe senders list so future messages arrive in your main inbox.

  2. Check if your mailbox is full or blocking messages: In some cases, an email account can stop receiving new emails if the storage limit has been reached, or if your email provider’s filters automatically block certain messages.

Try clearing some space in your inbox or checking your email settings.
