How long does it take to receive my refund?Updated 3 months ago
For Payments Made via PayPal:
Refunds are processed immediately and should appear in your PayPal balance in real-time.
However, if you used PayPal eCheck, it may take up to 7 business days or longer to clear, as estimated by PayPal. Refunds can only be issued once the eCheck has cleared. If you haven't received your refund after this time, please reach out to us.
As delays due to eCheck processing are beyond our control, we recommend using PayPal balance or a credit card for quicker transactions.
For Credit and Debit Card Transactions:
Refund processing times depend on the turnaround time of your card issuing bank. Typically, it may take between 5-10 banking days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
For Chargebacks/Disputes:
We strongly suggest reaching out to us first before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback can delay your refund by up to 75 days, depending on your bank's review process.
If the chargeback is resolved in your favor, your refund will be credited to your bank account. You will need to contact your bank to inquire about the chargeback, as they usually send an email or letter with your case number and status.
