You’re welcome to cancel your order, but cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing it. During this window, we can fully cancel the order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. This also applies to subscription renewals — if the renewal just went through, you can still receive a full refund when you contact us within the same 12-hour period.
After an order has been sent to our fulfillment center or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be stopped. Because processing can begin quickly, we recommend reaching out immediately with your order number (#WNxxxxx) so we can assist promptly.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Experience Team. If you contact us outside business hours (8:30 AM – 8:00 PM PST) or on holidays, we will try our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that the request will be processed before your package ships.
