My subscription just renewed but I didn’t mean to. Can you cancel this shipment?Updated 8 days ago

If your subscription has just renewed and you don’t want this shipment, please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible.Subscription renewals follow the same 12-hour cancellation windowas regular orders:
  • If you contact us within 12 hours of the renewal order being placed and the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, we can usually cancel the shipment and refund that renewal in line with our Order Cancellation Policy.

  • After 12 hours, the renewal order is sent to our fulfillment center to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. At that point, we are no longer able to stop or change the shipment, and the order will proceed as placed.

Even if the 12 hours have passed, please still reach out to us—we’ll review your case and confirm what is possible under the current policy, and we can also help you cancel or adjust future renewals so this doesn’t happen again.
