I don’t remember signing up for a subscription. Is this a scam?Updated 8 days ago
One-time Purchase – you buy the product once, no future orders.
Subscribe & Save – You get a discounted price, and your orders will be created automatically on a recurring schedule. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from your account.

If Subscribe & Savewas chosen, here is what happens:
On the checkout page: Before you click “Pay now”, a box appears confirming the subscription plan, with a message similar to: “Subscription plan confirmed. Recurring billing: hassle-free delivery, no shipping fees. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime.”
Right after your first purchaseYou receive an email confirmation stating that a subscription has been created, with details about the product, price, and delivery interval.
5 days before each renewalWe send a reminder email letting you know that your next subscription order is about to be processed. This gives you time to pause, skip, or cancel if you don’t want the next shipment.
After the renewal order is createdYou receive a standard order confirmation email, just like a one-time order. From that moment, you still have a 12-hour window to contact us if you want to cancel that renewal before it is processed by our fulfillment center.
So the subscription was not added silently—there are several points where it is shown and confirmed (on the website and by email). However, we completely understand that it’s easy to miss these messages, especially when you are ordering quickly or receive many emails. If you feel this subscription was created by mistake or you no longer want it:
Please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible with your order number(s).
We will cancel the subscription for future orders immediately, and
Review the most recent renewal with you in line with our 12-hour cancellation window and refund policies to see how we can best assist.
