How do I skip a subscription shipment?Updated 8 days ago

First, please log in to the account you used to purchase your subscription at https://wellnessnest.co/. If you are already logged in, simply follow these steps:

Step 1:
On the main screen, click the person icon at the top right corner.

Step 2: You’ll see your order history and details about upcoming subscription orders. Click “View and manage order.”

Step 3: Select “Skip”next to the upcoming shipment you’d like to skip

After you finish, you’ll see a confirmation that your order has been skipped.

Note: You can only skip one shipment at a time. If you’d like to skip multiple months, consider using the "Reschedule"option to choose a new date for your next order.
