How do I safely dispose of capsules, tablets, or powdered supplements?Updated 3 days ago
If a product needs to be discarded (for example, due to damage in transit or at our request during a replacement process), please use the following method:
Prepare a bowl large enough to hold the product contents.
Add warm water and place the bowl in the sink.
Empty the capsules, tablets, or powder into the water so they dissolve.
Write the current date on a piece of paper and place it next to the bowl.
Take a clear photo showing the dissolved product and the date.
Discard the mixture safely down the drain, rinsing well to avoid staining.
Send the photo to our Customer Experience Team if requested, so we can verify safe disposal.
